Over a thrilling 10-day collaboration with Scribe (the Mexican equivalent of the beloved Moleskine notebooks) and the creative teams at La Agencia Viva! and La Doble Vida, we launched an interactive live-action billboard towering above the vibrant streets of Mexico City.
To bring our concept to life, we designed living quarters behind the billboard, housing an artist-in-residence tasked with transforming the large, blank canvas into a dynamic mural based on public requests. Citizens submitted their ideas via Twitter, while the entire process was broadcast across social media, webisodes, and live streams on a dedicated microsite.
As the lead designer and project manager for the primary platform, I ensured that users could not only witness their ideas come to fruition but also engage with the artist and her guests through live streams. The campaign reached a peak of over 70,000 concurrent viewers, culminating in a spectacular performance by one of Mexico’s most iconic rock bands, Molotov.
